Email Whitelist Instructions

Your providers do the best they can to keep spam out, but sometimes the systems they use mistakenly catch good mail along with it.

So- I ask that you add me to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. All also known as “Whitelisting.”

NEXT: Click on the providers or software you use to see how to make sure you get the mail from me.

Is your email client or spam filter not listed?

Try adding info@alessandrodiruscio.com to your Address Book or Contact list.

Gmail

If you haven't received anything

Check in the Gmail Spam on the left sidebar

Search for my email, and if you find it, right-click on it and choose “Not spam

Follow the instructions below.

If you received my email

Find my email and then click on the 3 dots next to the button to reply. Choose “Filter messages like this”

In the popup window, click “Create filter” at the bottom of that pop-up window to make the whitelist filter.

Choose Never send to Spam.
Then click Create Filter again to finish the process.

Gmail App

If you haven't received anything

Show the sidebar and click on Spam

Select my email, and on the header click on the dots icon

In the bottom menu, click on “not spam

Gmail Tabs

If you are using Gmail Tabs such as Promotions please open your Promotions tab in Gmail.

If you find an email from me (info@alessandrodiruscio.com) in your Gmail Promotions tab, grab and drag my email to the Primary Inbox Tab.

After doing so, you will receive an alert like the one below at the top of your Gmail toolbar.

The conversation has been moved to “Primary”


Do this for future messages from info@alessandrodiruscio.com? Yes

Click Yes in the yellow alert box at Gmail.
In this way you will always see my emails in your Primary Inbox tab

Yahoo

If you haven't received anything

Click on Spam in the left column.

Search for my email, select it with the left checkbox, and then click on “Not spam”

Follow the instructions below.

If you received my mail

Move the mouse over their name at the top of the message. You should see a pop-up window with details about the person or company.
Click “Add to contacts.”

Yahoo Mail App

If you haven't received anything

Open the menu and click on Spam.

Click on my email and then on the dots icon in the footer.

Click on “This is not spam” in the bottom menu.

Mac OS Mail

If you haven't received anything

Click on the Junk folder on the sidebar

Find my email, click on it and then click on “Move to Inbox” in the upper bar

If you received My email

In the Mac OS X Mail top menu, click Mail > Preferences.

iPhone Mail

If you haven't received anything

Click on the Junk folder on the sidebar

Find my email, click on it and then click on the flag icon in the bottom bar

Click on “Mark as Not Junk” in the bottom bar

If you received My email

01

Find my email, click on it, and then in the new page click on my name.

Click on “Add to VIP”

Outlook App

If you haven't received anything

Click on the Spam folder in the menu

Find my email, click on it and then click on dots icon in the header

Click on “Move to Inbox

Outlook

If you haven't received anything

Open the Junk E-mail folder in Outlook.

Now open or highlight the email message you want to recover from the spam folder.

If the email is open in the reading pane or just highlighted in the folder list:
Make sure the HOME ribbon tab is visible.

If the message is open in its own window:
Make sure the ribbon tab is active and expanded in the message’s window.

Click Junk in the Delete section.

Select Not Junk from the menu that appears.

To add the sender to your safe senders’ list (messages from their addresses are never treated as spam):
Make sure Always trust e-mail from “info@alessandrodiruscio.com” is checked in the Mark as Not Junk window.

If you received the Email

Open my message

Select Actions > Junk E-mail > Add Sender to Safe Senders List or Add Sender’s Domain to Safe Senders List.
